Listening via speakers






My ears are feeling some pains after listening to my ipod and my smartphones using earphones.Now,I try to avoid earphones and listen via loudspeakers-both for my Treo650 and my iPod.

I have more an enquiry rather than a comment. Can you get ipod speakers /dock speakers in malaysia. if so which companies produce these speakers, roughly how much so they cost and where can i get them
I live in Kalgoorlie WA and the brands available aren't worth the price. Since I will be in KL for Christmas I thought to check the prices there but the web was most unhelpful. The pic of your speaker prompted me to leave a note.
Hope you can help me

Yes, you can get a few types of speakers for your iPod in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia.Just visit Machines,Macasia,Epicentre(names of shop selling apple product at KLCC,MidValley,One Utama,Pavilion...

Mine is from Altec Lansing and they cost me RM700 a few years ago.

GPSr GG

Today,I attended the gathering of GPS usergroup at Lotus Nasi Kandar restaurant next to Nikko Hotel.I was impressed by the menbers' enthusiasm and efforts taken to update their maps.The photo above shows Arsyan Treo650 being used as a reader of data from the GPS receiver sitting next to it. My first question: Is my iBook compatible with their GPS maps? No one has the answer.
